Ingredients-
- Boneless chicken - 500 grams
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
- Cup Yogurt - 3/4
- Thick malai - 2 tablespoon
- Garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
- Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Tandoori masala - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Red food color - 2-3 drops
Method-
- Cut the chicken into 1/2 tikka pieces (about 12 pieces ). Wash chicken pieces and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Prick with a fork. Marinate in the first marinade for 2 hours or more.
- Take a bowl and mix all ingredients of the second marinade. add chicken pieces and marinate for 3 hours.
- At serving time, grease the non-stick plate. Place the chicken pieces on it. Place the plate on low rack and roast chicken for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade till cooked. serve hot
