Ingredients:
- Onion - 1
- Green Capsicum - 1
- Red Capsicum - 1
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
- Cumin Seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground Coriander - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garlic Gloves - 2
- Tuna Fish (Brined) - 400 grams
- Green Chilli - 1
- Ginger - 1
- Whole Spices Powder (garam masala) - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander (chopped) - 2 tablespoon
Method:
- Cut the onion and the red and green peppers, removing the seeds from the peppers.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cumin seeds for 2 to 3 minutes until they begin to spit and splutter.
- Add the ground cumin, coriander chilli powder and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes the onion has browned.
- Stir in the tuna, green chilli and ginger and cook for five minutes.
- Add the whole spices powder, lemon juice and chopped coriander and continue to cook the curry for a further 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the hot Tuna Fish Curry. Enjoy!
