Tuna Fish Curry - Recipe



Ingredients:

  •  Onion - 1
  •  Green Capsicum - 1
  •  Red Capsicum - 1
  •  Oil - 2 tablespoon
  •  Cumin Seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
  •  Ground Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  •  Ground Coriander - 1/2 teaspoon
  •  Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  •  Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  •  Garlic Gloves - 2
  •  Tuna Fish (Brined) - 400 grams
  •  Green Chilli - 1
  •  Ginger - 1
  •  Whole Spices Powder (garam masala) - 1/4 teaspoon
  •  Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
  •  Coriander (chopped) - 2 tablespoon

Method:

  1.  Cut the onion and the red and green peppers, removing the seeds from the peppers.
  2.  Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cumin seeds for 2 to 3 minutes until they begin to spit and splutter.
  3.  Add the ground cumin, coriander chilli powder and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4.  Fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes the onion has browned.
  5.  Stir in the tuna, green chilli and ginger and cook for five minutes.
  6.  Add the whole spices powder, lemon juice and chopped coriander and continue to cook the curry for a further 3-4 minutes.
  7.  Serve the hot Tuna Fish Curry. Enjoy!
