Crispy Ladyfinger - Recipe



Ingredients:

  • Ladyfinger - 500 grams 
  • Gram flour - 2 tablespoon 
  • Salt
  • Chili powder - half teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Dry mango powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut the ladyfinger in cross cut (Vertical thin slices).
  2. Add gram flour, salt, chili powder, Coriander powder, Dry mango powder as mentioned above and mix it well.
  3. Now, deep fry the ladyfinger.
  4. Your tasty and yummy Crispy ladyfinger is now ready to eat.

Precautions: 

  • Don't keep the vegetable in close box, always leave it in open pan or plates.
  • Wash the ladyfinger and make sure that it becomes dry before adding spice (above ingredients) to it.
